Dru Blu, (born May 19, 1990 as Andrew McHugh) is a rapper/songwriter born and raised in South
London’s (Blue) Borough of Lewisham. Fuelled by his passion for music, by the age of 15 Dru began
taking part in various MC competitions across London eager to put his name on the map
Early 2010 saw the upload of the extremely well received SBTV F64 freestyle which to date has racked
up more than 500,000 views Now, three years on, this freestyle stands as a marker in the journey and
rapid progression Dru has made as an artist With Big Rem (Essentials) and Money Mike taking the
management and A&R position, the team are ensuring the music Dru Blu makes is condusive to Dru
ultimately becoming a positive role model for today’s youth Dru Blu is a great believer in the motto
