Born Laura Bernice Snyder, 01 October 1981, Apple Valley, California, USA. Singer/Songwriter with major influences coming from a wide variety of genres including country, rock and pop, Laura B discovered her musical talents at an early age when her mother Deborah and father Ray Snyder encouraged Laura to take on the violin. After a short period of time those around her became aware that this littl...e girl was a natural and had a gift for music, both playing and singing. She would go on to lead the local college orchestra at the age of 11. Along the way Laura fell in love with the piano. Her new instrument of choice would prove very self rewarding in the years to come combined with her extensive knowledge of music theory, Laura has composed over 30 original songs since 2001. Laura B is a solo artist with her self-titled debut album set to be released this fall 2011 under an independent record label. Laura B will launch her debut album with a performance at the Utah State Fair on September 15.
