Barely inching out her passion for Grey’s Anatomy & sea salt and vinegar potato chips is writing and performing her own music. Born and raised in Lexington Kentucky and presently living inNYC, Amber has definitely gone the distance in her musical pursuit. As a singer, Amber released her own CD in 2007 (writing or co writing all 10 tracks) and was voted “Who New to Watch” in Nashville’s Country Music Close-up Magazine in 2008. Her 1st single So Long Goodbye, reached number thirty two on the country “Music Row” radio chart and she has performed with country recording artists from Lari White to Rodney Atkins. As a writer, Amber has enjoyed success on other projects as well as her own. Having penned tunes for a number of independent artists, she has also been a finalist in the “American Idol” songwriting competition and has had song placements in TV and film from “Guiding Light” to Disney’s upcoming Christmas movie “Santa Buddies”.
