His sound is a hybrid of multiple influences and genres but can best be described as Progressive , Trance & Tech with chunky tech like rhythmic elements and hard-hitting club style basslines.

Stefan’s music is signed and associated with some of the highest profile record labels in the dance music Industry, currently working with Above All Records , Southern Sate Music , F! Records & the legendary Black Hole Recordings founded by former DJ Mag Top100 poll winner, DJ Tiesto .

In 2012 Stefan was selected from a pool of South African producers to collaborate with multiple year DJMAG top100 Dj Richard Durand, featuring on his new album “Richard Durand vs. The World”. This high profile collaboration was the breakthrough track that put Stefan Viljoen on the international Trance & Progressive radar, and was the start of a wave of new international releases and collaborations.

Stefan’s music is regularly supported on radio both locally & internationally and has been supported by some of the largest and most influential DJ’s & radio shows. Including multiple play on the world renowned “A State Of Trance ” radio, hosted by 5 x world number one Armin Van Buuren .
