Renée makes porcelain whisper-pop with her heart on her sleeve and, together with her band, she translates this into an intricate web in which an occasional instrumental melody sparkles. Renée found a homebase with musicians Eva Bruneel, Pieter Elias, Stijn Engels and Gunter Deleu. Their album ‘Extending Playground‘ will be released on Zealrecords.
Wouter Vlaeminck (Tomàn) and Mathijs Bertel (Ansatz Der Maschine) did the recording. Live, the band carries you away in a nostalgic vibe – as if you’re sitting on the needle of a gramophone record and can feel every jump or crackle go all the way to your soul.
