Having a singer/pastor Chu Kosaka as a father, Asiah grew up in blessed musical environment.
Got baptized when she was 10. While studying in mission school in Japan, move to US as an exchange student alone when she was 16. While enrolled in Bible college; LIFE Pacific College; started to sing in choir and started her ministry.
Asiah started her solo career as singer and song writer as "Asiah". In 2000, Japanese TV show picked up Asiah as an artist who is active in over seas and started a documentary series. Asiah collaborated/featured with many artists in US and Japan. Currently she resides in LA. As a member of In His Presence church, she serves in worship team and continues her ministry in US and in Japan.
