The Hamburg Death Metal band Buried In Black was founded in early 2008 by Ben Liepelt and Ron Brunke. Torsten Eggert, S?ren Teckenburg and Etienne Belmar completed the first set-up. Style finding and songwriting led to the recordings of the first work, the 7-song demo "Arms Of Armageddon". This was the name of the German Metal Hammer magazine in its issue 04/10 for the demo of the month. Buried In Black also knew live in the program of Maroon, Disbelief and All That Remains to convince. In addition, they played various headliner shows.

In winter 2010/2011 the band signed with AFM Records and went to the rkrdr Studio Hamburg. The album "Black Death" was released there in the summer of 2011 and has since been presented live - u.a. As support for DevilDriver, Grave and Facebreaker.
