详细介绍
A hybridoma is a cell engineered for the production of monoclonal antibodies, monospecific antibodies, because that is produced by a single type of mother cell. To produce hybridomas, B cells are removed from the immunized animal's spleen (rat or rabbit), and then fused with myelomas (tumor cell lines of B-cells), for their immortalization. The merger between B cells and myeloma cells are obtained through the intervention of the merger promoters of membranes, such as polyethylene glycol.
