There are some things that are always welcome when it comes to dance music. A new name on the scene and an ability to span genres are just two examples, and that's exactly what Israeli producer Mimram has achieved with his debut on Armada imprint Electronic Elements.

I'm Here For You is a perfect Electronic Elements release--a mix of progressive trance and deep house that sounds good on paper and works even better in reality. There's the solid, deep bass, laid-back rhythms, massive reverbs, and distant synths you'd expect from both styles. Yet while elements from uplifting trance and minimal deep house might seem at odds, the production and sound design effortlessly smooths the whole track into a lush example of how dance music doesn't have to be designed for one just purpose.
