Since 1997, TACOPY has been popular in indie culture near Hongik University in Seoul. It was a punk rock band that was followed by a number of bands, "original and funny". However, in order to keep the color and stubbornness of the music in the popular music industry, it has to be supported by various conditions in addition to the skill. In such a reality, frequent member replacement and occasional activities have been a hindrance to publicizing their music despite their excellent performance and musicality.
After the first T.A-COPY album was released in 1997 and the second album was released in 1998, the album was released in April 1999. It was re-formed as a third member and changed its name to 'Chicken Head'. In September 2000, he released chicken head debut album 'Slam Punk' through major record labels. T.A-COPY and Chickenhead have a musical roots in the neo-funk that caused the winds around the world in the mid-'90s, and they showed a unique color by combining the reggae predecessor Scar and the alternate elements.
