The Colourist, named after the person that’s in charge of color for movies, have been a band for a little over two years and are finally releasing their first EP. Made up of Adam Castilla, Maya Tuttle, Justin Wagner and Kollin Johannsen, this California-based band has been making their way across the country this summer, including making their mark at Coachella and the Bullseye U Experience.

Most recently, Yeasayer remixed The Colourist’s single “Little Games.” Yeasayer took out the guitar and replaced it with dance beats to slightly mute the vocals, making us want to snap our glow sticks and throw on some neon for an 80s dance party.
