ts Uplink here. Since you clicked on our bio, we assume that you would like to know how the project Uplink was created. Well, brothers and sisters, let us tell you a short, yet interesting story.

For both of us, music has played a dominating role in our lives. Inspired by the energy, the love and the solidarity of the community for electronic dance music, we started to produce in our teenage years. In our productions we strived for combining the energy of the community and a high sound-quality from early on. The fact, that we had the same things motivating us to produce music, is what brought us – Nik and Phil – together in 2011. We met over the website “my own Music” and immediately clicked. Furthermore, fascinated by the idea of people from different countries (Phil is from Germany and Nik from Italy) being able to celebrate the same music and the vibe that it brings, we founded the Producer/DJ-Duo Uplink. After years of working on our connection and our production skills, we found things coming together in a never expected fashion in 2015. Our productions got support from leading Artists and DJs like Don Diablo, AK9, Calvo and Juicy M and we met so many awesome new people that we are excited to work together with in the future and we obviously got to meet so many of our fans, which motivates us even more. We can not wait to see what happens in 2016 and to share it with all of you guys.
