2NICE singer/rapper from South London started his musical career at the tender age of 12, he started working at local recording studios and was schooled Father Alvin Blair, as well as other UK reggae veterans.
Quickly becoming known for his extreme versatility, 2NICE featured in many talent shows, and supported international reggae acts such as Bounty Killer & Mad Cobra on their UK tours.
When introduced to the UK Garage scene, he quickly progressed in the genre and became known for fusing it with his Reggae/Dancehall style.
2NICE went on to form the Garage collective ‘Untouchablez’, where they played a host of weekly radio shows on London Pirate circuits and Choice FM.
Their popularity growing immensely, following UK tours and appearing on the front cover of a 2002 edition of RWD magazine.
2NICE went on to release Grime/Dancehall track Gangsta No on Aftershock Label, which went straight in at number 3 on Channel AKA helped by airplay on many popular stations.
Following this 2NICE worked with UK stars, Mark Morrison, Tinie Tempah and Skepta, appearing on Aftershock’s album Shock to the System, Sound of the Pirates and Mafia & Fluxy’s RnB into Reggae’ Album Vol.1.
In 2009 2NICE released a Dubstep single called Warrior Charge with producer Cotti, in the same year he went on to release his first official Mix CD Faith & Work.
Later that year a dream came true for 2NICE, as he won the award for ’UK Unsigned Best Reggae/Dancehall Act’, this was followed by European touring, allowing him to work with some of the best reggae sound systems and live bands.
On his return from Europe he came back with a boom, performing across the UK at festivals, he even had the privilege of performing with Drum and Bass artists at Notting Hill Carnival.
In 2010 2NICE recorded and released both Reality Shock & Grime Wave, and featured on French group K-LBASS’s single and video I Love taken from their album Classik.
In 2011 2NICE independently recorded and promoted the video for Rebel, which won him the NXG Zine Artist of the week competition.
The track and video received an excellent reception from people all over the world, mainly from leading social networking sites.
2NICE’s Inspirations
“My music was first inspired to me by my Father. I remember him taking me out to the record shops every week to buy new vinyls. I'll never forget him getting me a microphone for my 7th birthday that was my best birthday present to date.”

My advice to other artists would be follow your heart at all times, don't let anything or anyone hold you down, and remember the sound of music is changing by the day so never pigeonhole yourself, exploit all means of promotion and try to surround yourself with positive, inspiring individuals.
