Penny F was a Brit School alumnus with a growing catalogue of songwriting collaborations (Lana Del Rey, Cutsnake, MNEK, to name a few) until she decided to flex her performative wings and just casually get in front of the mic to blow us all away. The result is "Torture", an infectious deeper, poppy house tune with more soul and attitude than is reasonable – especially when you consider that her debut album isn't penciled in until 2015.
