Madison Affair was founded in 2009 in Berlin. At the beginning they started with screamo/ post-hardcore, before they dedicated themselves to that hard music, they are known for today.
In the same year they recorded their first EP ?Please have a Seat“ at ?Hobo Rec“ studios in J?nk?ping (Sweden) and had a lot of shows in Germany.
After a short excursion into “Southern”- direction towards the end of 2010 in the live music video for "Something She's Not", the band changed to the second Half of 2011 almost completely, as well as in lineup and in music style.
The self-produced album ?Teenage Time“, which was released at the digital label Acuitymusic at the end of the year, contained a special modern mix between post-hardcore, metal and electronic elements. With their first real music video to the song “Now Let′s be honest to the World”, the band celebrated their first successes.
With their first album in stock and a powerful, almost acrobatic live performance, Madison Affair conquered the hearts of many fans from all across Germany and a lot of other countries.
Meanwhile, ?Teenage Time” got released physically in Japan, the band got the title “heroes of tomorrow” in MetalHammer-magazine and they had the honor to open the MetalHammer Awards 2012 in Berlin.
After the quintet has now celebrated some great successes and shared the stage with bands like Of Mice & Men, Texas In July, Ill Nino, Callejon and much more, they release their new EP “MMXIII” in spring 2013, also including the single “We are the Wave“.

That EP shows more than ever the ambition, the constant improvement and the will of the five to continue making music with heart and soul.
