by Jason BirchmeierKarima is an Italian soul-pop singer who made her debut in 2009 with the hit song "Come in Ogni Ora." Born Karima Ammar of Italo-Algerian heritage on May 28, 1985, in Livorno, Italy, she sung in a series of musicals and at a succession of schools before signing to Sony BMG. She made her debut on the label in 2009 with the Top Five single "Come in Ogni Ora" and Amare le Differenze, a Top Ten five-track EP featuring two versions of the song, the hit version of which features Mario Biondi.
