Witty sixteen-year-old Ally James is a versatile singer-songwriter hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. Currently based in Dallas, Texas, she plays acoustic guitar and grew up listening to the sounds of Elvis Presley, Jimmy Buffett, The Beatles, and Elton John. She is most inspired by the music of artists Hayley Williams (Paramore), Avril Lavigne, Blink-182, The Rolling Stones, and The 1975. “She lives, eats, and breathes music,” says Ally’s voice coach heather statham. When she’s not eating tacos at her favorite mexican restaurant, she spends her time songwriting and learning songs to cover on her youtube channel.
