When you see this girl on stage in cowboy boots, know that being country is not an act. Kylie Anne Frey from Opelousas, Louisiana, grew up in the rodeo scene. This accomplished cowgirl has been the Louisiana High School Rodeo Queen and a State Champion Goat Tier. Though rodeo has been in her family for several generations, Kylie is hanging up her spurs to pursue her dream as a country music artist.

Kylie started out singing the National Anthem at rodeos at a very young age. Her parents noticed her love for singing and put her in voice lessons. She learned to play the guitar and began to write lyrics. Not only was this an outlet for Kylie but it became a passion. Traveling to songwriting festivals and taking trips to Nashville only fueled the fire for this girl. Her music reflects all that she is. Ranging from the love of her family to the sassy rebel within, Kylie stays true to herself and true to her music. She is currently working on an album of original songs and aspires to travel Texas and the southeast coast to promote her independent album.
