Born and bred in the Bay Area, East Palo Alto MC Hefna Gwap received his Berkeley Film certificate at BDFI (Berkeley Digital Film Institute) mid June 2011. Shortly after, directed his first official music video "Bobo" in September 2011. Hearings took on in Brooklyn, New York which made Gwap's lifelong love of the art take him all the way to the Rotten Apple, New York City; October 2012 where he started a group called Elegant Caviar with producer Lord Plawz and fashion designer Kevin Jean. Currently operating at the new MMG (Maybach Music Group) Atlanta's headquarters, Twelve Music Studios.
