Bei Ru is a Los Angeles-based multi-genre music producer/composer known for his unconventional use of Middle Eastern melodies and rhythms blended with electronics and live instrumentation. He released his debut album, ‘Little Armenia (L.A.)’ in late 2010 to much critical acclaim, and recently released his sophomore album, ‘Saturday Night At The Magic Lamp’. Bei Ru scored music for the film A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night, an Iranian vampire western produced by Elijah Wood and distributed by Vice Films, as well as for the film I Smile Back, starring Sarah Silverman. Bei Ru is currently touring and is working on his 3rd album, set for release in 2016.
