Pek Jin Shen(born September 1992), better known by his stage name Shigga Shay (often stylised as ShiGGa Shay), is a Singaporean hip hop artist, songwriter and music producer. Ruby Tan of Her World describes Shigga as "Singapore's Kanye West". But that's just her opinion.
