Darwin Turner, better known by his stage name Choppa, is a New Orleans rapper.Choppa lost several family members and friends when New Orleans was struck by Hurricane Katrina in 2005. His home was destroyed. He was one the stars of who appeared in a telethon to benefit victims of Katrina. He personally donated $150,000 for disaster relief.
