Inventions is the new side project of ambient music titan Matthew Cooper, otherwise known as Eluvium, and Explosions In the Sky member Mark T. Smith. They’ll release their self-titled debut this spring, and they’ve just shared a song from the album, six minutes of amorphously gorgeous synth-tones called “Entity.” If you’re making a documentary about dolphins, you should probably get in touch with these guys about music rights.
