After leaving his home-town, Robert Bagshaw started working for the Flamingo in Blackpool in 2004. He left in 2005 to go backpacking around Australia and Thailand for three months. He then returned to the Flamingo for the final year before the club was demolished and moved to a multi million pound venue on Queen Street where he got the job of Visual And lighting technician. In 2008 he became the Marketing and Promotions co-ordinator for ITP where he also does the graphic design for the company. For many years, his passion has always been music and various DJ's over the years have all taught him a thing or two about DJing and now he himself is one of the residents. He loves every single job that he does within the company but admits he gets an extra buzz from DJing!!
