Tiffany Vicky Chan is an 18-year old independent singer-songwriter. She has strong passion in music since her early childhood and could play the trumpet (ATCL Recital), piano (ABRSM Grade 8), guitar, etc. Tiffany was an active participant in the annual HK Schools Music Festival and had won many awards in the past few years, including the Champion in the Tom Lee Music Prize for Wind Concerto in 2011. She was admitted to The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts junior music course majored in trumpet since aged 11. In addition, Tiffany played the role of trumpeter on-stage in Donizetti's comic opera "L'Elisir d'Amore" directed by Kingman Lo in January 2011.
Tiffany formed her own music band when she was only a Form 2 student in the secondary school. She rearranged pop songs for the band to play and also started to write songs. At 17, Tiffany formed the music group Stay Tuned with her schoolmate, Samantha Leung, and began learning music production. In September 2011, Stay Tuned self-financed and issued its first full album creation《URealife》. Tiffany was involved in all aspects of the album production including, songwriting, lyrics, concept, mixing, arranging etc.
In October 2011, Tiffany decided to develop her music career on her own. In January 2012, she won the second prize in the First Tom Lee SoundBase Online Music Competition. This was her first award since she develops on her own. Moreover, she established her music production company named Electone Music Limited. Through Electone Music, Tiffany hopes to organize various kinds of music projects such as concerts, album production, etc to promote independent music creation. Tiffany also becomes a writer member of Composers and Authors Society of Hong Kong Limited (CASH) in early 2012.
On July 13, 2012, Tiffany hosted her debut-singing concert "Tiffany Chan 'Rockertude' Live" at Y-Studio in Youth Square Chai Wan. The success of the Concert has aroused more attentions to this new music power in Hong Kong. In addition to the Concert, Tiffany also issued her debut EP 《Rockertude》. In this EP, Tiffany cooperated with the other two local musicians, Alex Tam and Siu Tung and recorded the guitar part by herself. With no coverage by the Hong Kong mainstream entertainment media, the MV of the song“夏日悠想”has closed to 5,000 viewership on YouTube(updated till Sep, 2012). Also, on its debut broadcasting on KKBOX Taiwan, the song was already ranked No. 14 on the Canton Song Daily Chart (May 23, 2012) and her EP “Rockertude” has ranked into the Canton Album TOP100 for 3 months continuously.
Tiffany has just started her studying in the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA to study pop music. In the coming four years, she will continue to develop her music career in Hong Kong during Christmas and summer holidays. She hopes that the 4-year Bachelor of Music degree program will enrich her music knowledge and allow her to bring in new concepts and ideas to the Hong Kong music industry, paving the way for her to become a successful singer-songwriter.

陳蔚琦（Tiffany) 為獨立唱作人 。剛滿18歲的她自少已熱愛音樂，精通小號(演奏文憑)、鋼琴（八級）、結他等多樣樂器，也曾獲得多個香港校際音樂節的獎項。她亦曾是香港演藝學院初級音樂課程的學生(主修小號)。

Tiffany中二時已把流行曲改編給小型樂團演奏，及後開始作曲。17歲的時候和同學組成Stay Tuned並且學習音樂製作，更在2011年九月自資推出了全創作專輯《URealife》，作詞編監以至混音、大碟概念等等都是一手包辦。

2011年十月Tiffany展開其個人發展之旅，並在2012年1月奪得首屆通利琴行原音在線比賽亞軍，亦是她獨立發展的首個獎項。此外，Tiffany在2012成立了她的音樂製作公司Electone Music Limited，透過舉辦不同的音樂會和製作計劃，推動獨立音樂。她亦是香港作曲家及作詞家協會(CASH)的作家會員。

Tiffany將於7月13日假柴灣青年廣場Y劇場舉辦首個個人音樂會“陳蔚琦「樂與度」音樂會” (’Tiffany Chan ”Rockertude” Live’)。音樂會除了會唱個人的作品外，還會與樂隊重編別人的歌來翻唱。

除了音樂會，Tiffany將會同步推出首張全創作Single《Rockertude》。這張Single， Tiffany與譚天樂、賴映彤兩位音樂人合作。Single內包含三首歌，包括主打歌“夏日悠想”，她亦親自錄製所有結他部份。

今年九月，Tiffany將升讀美國著名流行音樂學院 - 波士頓柏克利音樂學院(Berklee College of Music)修讀學士學位課程並繼續鑽研音樂，希望將來能把新的創作思維帶到香港，做自己喜愛的音樂，闖出自己的一片天。
