22 year old girl taken from her home in MS & found dead in the home of her estranged father. 2 months after his finding out she was going after the child support her owed her (in excess of $70,000) In another state, after 2 incidences with police prior.
She begged to get away from this man,purposly drove the truck into a ditch, jumped out & was flaging traffic to get away from him. The same officer from the first incident recognised her on the hwy. Forced her to wait, while MDS changed the tire. All the while, She was still flaggin traffic trying to get a ride.

The officer placed her into the back of his car, then forced her to go home with this man. She refused to ride with MDS, so the cop took her himself.
~LESS than 24 hrs later my daughter was dead of an "apparent OD" of drugs that didn't belong to her. Nothing was found in the room she was in. No bottles where found anywhere near her. According to the Autopsy she had 3 days of metabolites of the drug in her system. (NO ALCOHOL, not even metabolights- he claimed they had been out drinking)
Even after exposing all of his lies, they still protected him because he was a Sheriff's Deputy. He lied over & over- they refused to listen & refused us the grand jury hearing. They strung us along just long enough to keep us from filing any type of wrongful death telling us we couldn't file, civil & criminal charges against someone at the same time, yet they never "charged him with anything..
Just lied to us over & over. The LA justice deptartment took over the case and told us that they knw he did this but they didn't see a way of proving it. So her case is supossedly "open pending new information" whatever that means...

I thought the fact MDS had been arrested mutiple times for abusing his son, the same son who at 10 "found his big sister, dead & cold" yet walked out of the room to watch cartoons beside his "sleeping father" When I found out I called & begged them to do something to protect Chris. This officer was "new" and said he would pull Heather's case file. I called back sevearl times only to given the run around & that officer never called me back nor took another call from me.
Then Micheal was arrested again for "Cruelty to a Minor" I called again, frantic told them one child is dead, I don't want to see the same thing happen to Christopher. I'm certain he just thought I was bat shit crazy. Passified me by saying he would look into it further. TOld me it was handled internally.
So my guess never reported to the real authorityies. Covering for thier own yet again... at what cost. Another child? I was told by one of his ex-wives that he was cruel & abusive to her daughter. that she would find bruises on the child after Michael would have been watching her.
My theory is that he was feeding my daughter a lethal cocktail of his drugs without her knowledge. Every one she spoke to prior to her death. Knew there was something wrong, she could barely speak, all she would say was that she was "tired". What he failed to tell the police is that she made ohone calls before she died, the morning he found her body, he claimed to not have touched anything, but he did. he took the cell phone out of her hand & proceeded to call each one of those people to see what she had told them.
He kidnapped her once then did it again and made sure this time I would never get her back.

If the police are supposed to protect us, why didn't the officer take her to the Station & allow her to call someone to come for her??
She'd still be alive today
and they are still lying today... All I ever asked for was the truth nothing more nothing less.

IF they didn't have something to hide, why shut me out? send me 14 crime scene photos taken by 4 people with odd jpg #'s, half an autopsy. Random reports with out the said "attachments"-

Sso they really think I am so stupid not to notice such obvious details? It was my job to notice the little things, anticipate your next move & react before you.
I am damn good at it too. I can tell when your lying to me or hiding something. I can predict your next move and I see most things from every possible scenario in seconds going from the worst to the least.
They have no reason to lie to the mother of a girl found dead in the home of a man she barely knew. No reason not to investigate this fully. They were ORDERED to re interview Michael as a "SUSPECT" but I have no idea if this ever took place. So why lie? What are they hiding? Two deputies involved in the death of a girl from another state
