Lucas Santtana (Salvador, 18 October 1970) is a singer, songwriter and producer Brazil, son of music producer and tropicalista Roberto Anne, thanks to dad grew up in the arts, attending the house of Caetano Veloso among others; his father is a cousin of singer-songwriter Tom Zé.2
His instruments are the guitar and the guitar, but also plays cross, bass flute and ukulele. As an instrumentalist collaborated with Chico Science and Zombie Nation, Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and Marisa Monte. His songs have been recorded by the likes of Sky, Marisa Monte and Arto Lindsay. It has songs on the soundtracks of films like God is Brazilian, of Carlos Diegues and Surf Adventure 2, Roberto Moura, and sign the trail of the feature animation Morte e Vida Severina, beside the Amabis Rica, and The Monologue Bishop, staged by actor John Michael. Beside director Bruno Barreto and Gal Costa, signed Santtana the musical direction of Treading project that united music and film at SESC Pompeia.
