My name is Jeffrey Schindler, and I’m a conductor, orchestrator, arranger, early musician, harpsichordist, organist, scholar, etc., and I live in Los Angeles and work in Hollywood.

I lead a diverse and interesting musical life: I’ve conducted the scores for Academy Award winning motion pictures, world premieres by celebrated American composers, and even the first performance of the Rite of Spring in Tasmania, if you can believe that there’s a place on earth that hasn’t heard this work live almost 100 years after its composition! I’ve recorded with the London Symphony Orchestra at Abbey Road Studios (where I walked the Beatle’s walk!) and performed with some of the leading luminaries of the early music world. I’ve conducted and orchestrated outdoor extravaganza (think “Yanni at the Acropolis”) productions broadcast hundreds of times across the U.S., had my arrangements played all over the globe, and I’ve even played organ recitals in New York’s St. Patrick’s Cathedral.
