Nick Capaldi was born in Bristol 26th November 1980. In 1988 the Capaldi family moved to Dorset where Nick spent much of his time exploring the coast with his dog Tim. He was a keen book reader and developed a growing imagination that ultimately needed an outlet of some kind.
In 1994 Nick enrolled in guitar lessons in primary school where he became the star pupil. In finding this new passion in music, the next thing to do was have a go at writing a song –
