Jimmy Nash, who grew up sleeping on the floors of recording studios, is now recording on them. A hard working musician, composer and lyricist, Jimmy is tirelessly writing for his own career as well as for other artists! He surrounds himself with only the best team, producers Todd Hannigan and Peter Wade. Who, between them, have enough Grammys to prop open every door in any moderately-sized house! He was born in Houston, bounced around Nashville for his formative years, sang all around the great state of Texas, then Jimmy made his way to California to find his true musical calling.

He started playing the guitar at the age of 5 and made his debut at ten years old to a staggering crowd of 50. Learning songwriting and showmanship at a young age from his parents, who have penned hit songs for a slew of Nashville elite, Jimmy has honed his skills to become a formidable entertainer. With genres constantly evolving, Nash always strives to keep a strong core to each song with beautiful lyrics and a lubricious vocal that crosses the musical gamut. Along with guitar, Nash also plays ukulele and piano, which he features strongly on his upcoming sophomore album.

Even though he was surrounded by Country music in Nashville, he knew there were so many styles to pull from when crafting a song. Jimmy says, “I believe every song from its beginning stages as nothing more than a thought, has a specific destination-a specific arrangement, groove, instrumentation, style, where it’s supposed to land. If you listen real close to the song inside your head, it will tell you what it should be.”

Aside from writing, singing, and producing, Nash is also busy giving back to his community. He and his family currently head the charity organization “Champions Kids Camp”-Dedicated to the nurturing of children who have survived a traumatic injury, illness, or personal loss in Houston, Texas.
