There's something magical and strangely addictive about Sophie Hanson's
voice. Maybe it's from touring along with her mother's band as a
kid or from her father who constantly sung around the house and taught
her to play guitar.
Maybe it comes from her colourful childhood in a
sleepy but secretly sinister little swedish country town where she
grew up between biker gangs, pony riding, ballet and hard rock.

Whatever it was, it made the production team “Naughty
Monkey Music” snap her up instantly when they invited
her to the studio to sing a demo. They decided the next
day to produce an album with her.

It was clear to begin with what it should sound like.
Modern, electronic with plenty of guitars. Truckloads
of guitars. Old School Rock riffs against the new hard
grooves and Soe's unique, clear voice flying above.
