Julio César alvarez Montelongo (born April 11, 1983), better known as Julión alvarez, is a Mexican singer. After his departure from the Mexican band Banda MS, he decided to form his own band, Julión alvarez y Su Norteno Banda. Today, he is one of the most renowned interpreters of regional Mexican music. In 2014, he was selected by the producer of the Mexican talent show, La Voz... Mexico, Miguel Angel Fox to participate as coach of the talent show, in its fourth edition, he later went on to be the winning coach of his pupil Guido Rochin.
