After playing drums for Capitol's School of Fish in the early 90s, Chad Fischer moved on to front his own band, Lazlo Bane (ALMO/Geffen), best known for the NBC Scrubs theme song, Superman. Working in the cozy environment of his ever growing studio, Lookout Sound, in the heart of Santa Monica's, Rustic Canyon, Chad was soon writing with and producing various luminaries such as Colin Hay, Liz Phair, Lisa Loeb as well as developing upcoming Hotel Cafe favorites, Alexi Murdoch, Cary Brothers and Joshua Radin.
